1 Clause 2 (Commencement) At page 6, line 8— omit, insert—
'(1)_ This Act, other than the relevant provisions, commences on 1 July 2008.
"(2) In this section—
relevant provisions means the following provisions—
° section 17
° section 18(2), except to the extent it inserts the definition designated public place
° section 36.'.
