The chief executive officer of a government owned corporation may subdelegate the delegated functions to an appropriately qualified employee in—
(a) the government owned corporation; or (b) asubsidiary of the government owned corporation. In this section—
appropriately qualified, for an officer or employee to whom a function may be subdelegated, includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate for the function.'
