[s 4] The Parliament of Queensland enacts— 1 Clause 1 Short title 2 This Act may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment 3 Act 2009. 4 Clause 2 Act amended 5 This Act amends the Integrated Planning Act 1997. 6 Clause 3 Amendment of sch 8 (Assessable development and 7 self-assessable development) 8 Schedule 8, part 1, table 2— 9 insert— 10 12 Making a material change of use of premises for a community hospice guest house.'. Clause 4 Amendment of sch 10 (Dictionary) 1 Schedule 10— 2 insert— 3 'community hospice guest house means premises— 4 (a) at which short-term accommodation and care is 5 provided— 6 (i) for no more than 3 persons who are terminally ill 7 or dying; and 8 (ii) by no more than 3 permanent staff working at the 9 premises; and 20 (b) _ situated in an area identified in a planning scheme asa = 21 rural or rural residential area.'. 22
