The Parliament of Queensland enacts—

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Building Boost Grant Amendment Act 2012.

Commencement

The following provisions are taken to have commenced on 1 February 2012—

(a) section 4(1) to (3); (b) sections 5 to 7.

Act amended

This Act amends the Building Boost Grant Act 2011.
