The Parliament of Queensland enacts—

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Family Responsibilities Commission Amendment Act 2012.

Act amended

This Act amends the Family Responsibilities Commission Act 2008.

Amendment of s 123 (Board meetings) Section 123(3)— omit, insert—

'(3) Ata meeting of the board, a quorum is at least 2 members.'.

Amendment of s 152 (Expiry of Act) Section 152, '2013'— omit, insert— '2014'.

Amendment of s 155 (Vacation of office on expiry of Act) Section 155, '2013'— omit, insert— '2014'.
