'(1)_ This chapter is declared to be a VET legislation displacement provision for the purposes of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cwlth), section 11, in relation to all the provisions of that Act.
'(2) This part expires 2 years after it commences.'.'.
