An Act to provide for the treatment and care of people who have mental illnesses and for other purposes, and further to repeal the Mental Health Act 2000, and to amend this Act, the Criminal Code, the Forensic Disability Act 2011, the Powers of Attorney Act 1998 and the Public Health Act 2005, and to make minor and consequential amendments of other Acts as stated in schedule 4 The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
