An Act to amend the Vegetation Management Act 1999 for particular purposes The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Vegetation Management (Clearing for Relevant Purposes) Amendment Act 2018.
2 Act amended This Act amends the Vegetation Management Act 1999.
3 Amendment of s 22A (Particular vegetation clearing applications may be assessed) Section 22A— insert— (3) If the chief executive decides the development applied for is not development mentioned in subsection (2)(a) to (l), the chief executive must give the applicant an information notice about the decision.
4 Amendment of schedule (Dictionary) Schedule, definition high value agriculture clearing, 'grazing activities or'— omit.
