Part 1 Preliminary

1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2019.

2 Commencement Parts 17, 20 and 24 commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation.

Part 2 Amendment of Acts Interpretation Act 1954

3 Act amended This part amends the Acts Interpretation Act 1954.

4 Amendment of s 39A (Meaning of service by post etc.) Section 39A(4)— omit.
