Part 1 Preliminary

1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Justice and Other Legislation (COVID-19 Emergency Response) Amendment Act 2020.

2 Commencement (1) Section 26 commences on 1 January 2021. (2) Part 16, division 3 commences on 19 March 2021.

3 Act amended This division amends the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997.

Part 3 COVID-19 emergency response measures for financial management

323A Purpose of part The purpose of this part is to provide measures to alleviate the financial burden caused by the COVID-19 emergency on bodies corporate for community titles schemes and owners of lots included in the schemes.
