The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows: Part 1—Preliminary 1—Short title This Act may be cited as the Return to Work (Presumptive Firefighter Injuries) Amendment Act 2024. 2—Commencement This Act comes into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
Part 2—Amendment of Return to Work Act 2014 3—Amendment of Schedule 3—Injuries presumed to arise from employment as a firefighter Schedule 3, table headed "Description of Injury"—after entry relating to "Primary site oesophageal cancer" insert:
