South Australia Unexplained Wealth (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2021 An Act to adopt certain laws of the Commonwealth relating to unexplained wealth and information gathering, and to refer certain matters relating to unexplained wealth and information gathering to the Parliament of the Commonwealth for the purposes of section 51(xxxvii) of the Constitution of the Commonwealth, and to make related amendments to the Criminal Assets Confiscation Act 2005 and the Serious and Organised Crime (Unexplained Wealth) Act 2009.
