Part 1—Preliminary 1—Short title These regulations may be cited as the Police Complaints and Discipline Regulations 2017. 3—Interpretation In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears— Act means the Police Complaints and Discipline Act 2016; repealed Act means the Police (Complaints and Disciplinary Proceedings) Act 1985; section 21(14) investigating officer—see regulation 5.
