Part 1—Preliminary 1—Short title These regulations may be cited as the Real Property Regulations 2024. 2—Commencement These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made. 3—Interpretation In these regulations— Act means the Real Property Act 1886; capital value of land has the same meaning as in the Valuation of Land Act 1971; road includes a street.
