1—Short title These regulations may be cited as the Water Resources (Surface Water Prescribed Area—Morambro Catchment) Regulations 2001. 2—Commencement These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made. 3—Declaration of surface water prescribed area The area bounded by the bold black line on GRO Plan No 149/2001 is declared to be a surface water prescribed area. 4—The establishment and prescribed periods (1) The establishment period in relation to the surface water prescribed area declared by regulation 3 commenced on 1 July 1996 and ended at the commencement of the prescribed period (22 April 1999). (2) The prescribed period in relation to the surface water prescribed area declared by regulation 3 commenced on 22 April 1999 and will end on 31 March 2003.
