The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows: Part 1—Preliminary 1—Short title This Act may be cited as the First Nations Voice Repeal Act 2023.
Part 2—Repeal of First Nations Voice Act 2023 2—Repeal of First Nations Voice Act 2023 The First Nations Voice Act 2023 is repealed.
Schedule 1—Transitional and saving provisions 1—Transitional and saving provisions (1) The Governor may, by regulation, make provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of this Act. (2) Without limiting the generality of subclause (1), the regulations may vest the assets and liabilities of the State First Nations Voice or specified Local First Nations Voices, or specified assets and liabilities of the State First Nations Voice or specified Local First Nations Voices, in the Minister or a specified person or body.
