South Australia Youth Court (Designation and Classification of Magistrates) Proclamation 2006 under section 9 of the Youth Court Act 1993

1—Short title This proclamation may be cited as the Youth Court (Designation and Classification of Magistrates) Proclamation 2006. 3—Interpretation In this proclamation— Act means the Youth Court Act 1993; Court means the Youth Court of South Australia. 4—Revocation of certain proclamations previously made under section 9 of Act All proclamations previously made under section 9 of the Act that— (a) designated a Magistrate as a Magistrate of the Court; and (b) classified the Magistrate of the Court as a member of the Court's ancillary judiciary, are revoked. 5—Designation and classification of Magistrates (1) A Stipendiary Magistrate named in Schedule 1 is— (a) designated as a Magistrate of the Court; and (b) classified as a member of the Court's ancillary judiciary. (2) An auxiliary Magistrate named in Schedule 1 is— (a) designated as a Magistrate of the Court; and (b) classified as a member of the Court's ancillary judiciary.
