The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows: Part 1—Preliminary 1—Short title This Act may be cited as the Social Workers Registration (Commencement) Amendment Act 2023.
Part 2—Amendment of Social Workers Registration Act 2021 2—Substitution of section 2 Section 2—delete section 2 and substitute: 2—Commencement (1) This Act comes into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation. (2) Section 27(6) of the Legislation Interpretation Act 2021 does not apply to this Act or a provision of this Act. 3—Amendment of section 68—Regulations and fee notices Section 68(2)(e)—after "nature" insert: consequent on the enactment of this Act or the Social Workers Registration (Commencement) Amendment Act 2023
