The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows: Part 1—Preliminary 1—Short title This Act may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Budget Measures) Act 2024. 2—Commencement (1) Subject to this section, this Act comes into operation on the day on which it is assented to by the Governor. (2) The following provisions will be taken to have come into operation on 6 June 2024: (a) section 3; (b) section 11(1); (c) section 11(3) to (6) (inclusive). (3) The following provisions will be taken to have come into operation on 1 July 2024: (a) sections 5 and 6; (b) section 8; (c) Part 5; (d) Part 7.
