The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows: Part 1—Preliminary 1—Short title This Act may be cited as the Members of Parliament (Register of Interests) (Water Entitlements) Amendment Bill 2024.
Part 2—Amendment of Members of Parliament (Register of Interests) Act 1983 2—Amendment of section 4—Contents of returns Section 4(3)—after paragraph (fa) insert: (fb) where the Member or a person related to the Member is the holder of a Schedule 4 entitlement (within the meaning of the Landscape South Australia Act 2019)— (i) the Schedule 4 entitlement (including the nature of the holding of that entitlement); and (ii) any unique identifier in respect of the entitlement; and
