The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows: Part 1—Preliminary 1—Short title This Act may be cited as the National Gas (South Australia) (East Coast Gas System) Amendment Act 2022. 2—Commencement This Act comes into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation. 3—Amendment provision In this Act, a provision in Part 2 amends the National Gas Law set out in the Schedule to the National Gas (South Australia) Act 2008.
