The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows: Part 1—Preliminary 1—Short title This Act may be cited as the Summary Offences (Reversal of Section 58 Amendments) Amendment Act 2023.
Part 2—Amendment of Summary Offences Act 1953 2—Amendment of section 58—Obstruction of public places (1) Section 58(1)—delete "intentionally" and substitute: wilfully (2) Section 58(1), penalty provision—delete "$50 000 or imprisonment for 3 months" and substitute: $750 (3) Section 58(1a) to (1d)—delete subsections (1a) to (1d) (inclusive) (4) Section 58(3)—delete subsection (3)
