Proclamation under the Road Safety (Alcohol and Drugs) Amendment Act 1997
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Road Safety (Alcohol and Drugs) Amendment Act 1997 fix 1 March 1998 as the day on which that Act, other than sections 1, 2, 3 and 6(1), commences.
