Mineral Resources Development (Application of Act) Order 1999
I make the following order with the agreement of the Minister for Infrastructure, Energy and Resources under section 5(3) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Application of Act) Order 1999 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Act applies to certain land The Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 is declared to apply to that part of the Tooms Lake Conservation Area specified in Schedule 1 to this order.
SCHEDULE 1 - Part of Tooms Lake Conservation Area
All that area of land in the land district of Glamorgan, parishes of Victor, Kaoota, Weitree, Kiuntah, Tulleh and Riawenna, comprising approximately 18599 hectares and shown as bounded by heavy black lines on Plan No. 4524 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 2 to this order.
