Proclamation under the Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(1) of the Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998 fix 30 April 1999 as the day on which Division 3 of Part 2 of that Act and Schedules 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 to that Act commence.
