Proclamation under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 15C(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 –
(a) alter the name Bluemans Creek State Reserve as shown on Plan Number 2965 in the Central Plan Register, previously given by Statutory Rules 1996, No. 228, to the Wye River State Reserve; and (b) alter the name Wye River-Bluemans Creek State Reserve as shown on Plan Number 4355 in the Central Plan Register, previously given by section 15(2) of the Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998 , to the Wye River State Reserve; and (c) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 29 May 2000
