Proclamation under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 16(1) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 declare that –
(a) the area of land declared to be a sanctuary in the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 12 September 1945 at page number 2055 and declared to be reserved land in the class of private sanctuary under the Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998 ceases to be reserved land; and (b) this proclamation takes effect on the day on which it is registered under section 16A(3) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 . 15 May 2000
