Government Business Enterprises Order 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 116(1)(c) of the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Government Business Enterprises Order 2000 .
2. Commencement This order commences on the day on which the Dairy Industry Amendment Act 2000 commences.
3. Principal Act In this order, the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 .
