Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 2000
I make the following order under section 5(4) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 2000 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 1998 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 13 September 2000
This order is administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
