Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 –
(a) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1985, No. 228 by omitting Schedule 2 to that proclamation and substituting the following Schedule: SCHEDULE 2 – PLACES OF ACCESS Places of access Column 1 Column 2 Places of access Distance in kilometres from the northern boundary of Cormiston Road, North Riverside 1. Danbury Drive - south west side 2.16 2. Danbury Drive - south west side 3.10 3. Acropolis Drive - south west side 3.54 4. Legana Park Drive - north east side 4.00 5. Bridgenorth Road - south west side 4.71 6. Fulton Street - north east side 4.95 7. Freshwater Point Road - north east side 5.48 8. Sunrise Drive - south west side 5.49 9. Muddy Creek Road - south west side 5.95 10. Bindaree Road - north east side 6.03
(b) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 13 November 2000
