Collections for Charities Order 2001
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under the Collections for Charities Act 2001 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Collections for Charities Order 2001 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 1 October 2001.
3. Interpretation In this order – Act means the Collections for Charities Act 2001 .
4. Charitable trust to be approved organisation For the purposes of section 5(2)(b) of the Act, a charitable trust is an approved class of organisation.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
