Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Order 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Tasmanian Building and Construction Industry Training Board, make the following order under section 5(2) , (3) and (4) of the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1990 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Order 2001 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Act In this order, the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1990 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1990 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
