State Service (Restructuring) Order 2002
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order 2002 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 1 July 2002.
3. Amalgamation of Tasmanian Government Office with Department of Premier and Cabinet The Tasmanian Government Office, part of the Department of State Development, is amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
