Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Beauty Point) Order 2002
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources, make the following order under section 36 of the Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Beauty Point) Order 2002 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect 30 days after the date on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Declaration of areas The areas specified in Schedule 1 are declared to be B landslip areas.
SCHEDULE 1 - Landslip Areas
The areas at Beauty Point in the municipal area of West Tamar shown bounded by a thick line and shaded on Plan Number 5895 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 2 to this order.
SCHEDULE 2 - Plan
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
