Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Order 2002
I make the following order under section 131B of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Order 2002 .
2. Commencement This order is taken to have taken effect on 1 January 2002.
3. Interpretation The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if it were by-laws.
4. Liability for acts of terrorism A policy of insurance referred to in section 97(1) of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 is not required to indemnify the employer or any person employed by the employer for any liability arising out of an act of terrorism, within the meaning of Division 6 of Part IX of that Act.
