Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 2002
I make the following order under section 5(4) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 2002 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 5 February 2003.
3. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2002 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 25 December 2002
This order is administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
