Rules of Practice Amendment Rules 2003
The Council of the Law Society makes the following Rules of Practice under section 17 of the Legal Profession Act 1993 .
1. Short title These rules may be cited as the Rules of Practice Amendment Rules 2003 .
2. Commencement These Rules of Practice take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Rules In these rules, the Rules of Practice Rules 1994 are referred to as the Principal Rules.
4. The amendments effected by this rule have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Rules of Practice Rules 1994 .
These Rules of Practice were made by the Council of the Law Society at a meeting held on 5 May 2003.
The common seal of the Law Society of Tasmania was affixed on 5 May 2003, in the presence of –
