National Parks and Reserves Management (Emblems) Order 2003
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 11 of the National Parks and Reserves Management Act 2002 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the National Parks and Reserves Management (Emblems) Order 2003 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Adoption of authorised emblems (1) For the purposes of section 11 of the National Parks and Reserves Management Act 2002 , the emblems shown in Schedule 1 to this order are the authorised emblems to be adopted for use by the Director. (2) The authorised emblems may be adopted for use by the Director in any one or more colours.
4. Revocation of order The National Parks and Wildlife Service (Emblem) Order 1976 is revoked.
