Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 7 of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 –
(a) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1970, No. 67 by inserting into Part II of the Second Schedule to that proclamation after the item relating to the Meander Valley Secondary Road the following item: Mud Walls Secondary Road From Colebrook Main Road at the junction with Tea Tree Secondary Road to the junction with the Midland Highway via Campania and Colebrook 38.41 km
(b) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 15 September 2003
