Mineral Resources Development (Strahan) Order 2003
I make the following order, on the recommendation of the Director, under section 161B(1) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Strahan) Order 2003 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect 30 days after the date on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Declaration of landslip area The area of land specified in Schedule 1 to this order is declared to be an A landslip area.
SCHEDULE 1 - Landslip area
The area of land at Strahan in the municipal area of West Coast shown hatched and bounded by a thick black line on Plan 6173 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 2 to this order.
SCHEDULE 2 - Plan
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 1 October 2003
