Mineral Resources Development (Fossil Site) Order 2003
I make the following order under section 163(1) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Fossil Site) Order 2003 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Fossil site The area of land specified in Schedule 1 to this order is declared to be a fossil site for the purposes of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .
SCHEDULE 1 - Fossil Site
All that area of State forest in the vicinity of Lune Sugarloaf shown hatched and bounded by a heavy black line on Plan 6344 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 2 to this order.
SCHEDULE 2 - Plan
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 17 December 2003
