Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Amendment Order 2003
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order-in-council under section 4(1) of the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Act 1982 .

1. Short title This order-in-council may be cited as the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Amendment Order 2003 .
2. Commencement This order-in-council takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Order In this order-in-council, the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Order 1984 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Interstate Laws) Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by inserting after Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Act 1983 Northern Territory
the following item: Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Act 1993 Australian Capital Territory
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
