State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 2) 2004
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 2) 2004 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 22 March 2004.
3. Amalgamation of Racing Services Tasmania with Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources Racing Services Tasmania, part of the Department of Economic Development, is amalgamated with the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
