Proclamation under the Valuation of Land Act 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 20(9) of the Valuation of Land Act 2001 –
(a) fix 1 July 2004 as the date on and after which a fresh valuation of all lands within the municipal areas of Central Highlands, Devonport, Kentish, Sorell and West Coast comes into force; and (b) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 24 May 2004
