Mineral Resources Development (Application of Act) Order 2004
I make, with the agreement of the Minister for Environment and Planning, the following order under section 5(3) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Application of Act) Order 2004 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Act applies to certain land The Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 is declared to apply to – (a) the land specified in Part 1 of Schedule 1 to this order; and (b) the land specified in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to this order.

PART 1 - Plan 6306
All that area of land comprising about 43.16 hectares bounded by a heavy black line on Plan 6306 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to this order.
PART 2 - Plan 6305
All that area of land comprising about 1.21 hectares bounded by heavy black lines on Plan 6305 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Part 2 of Schedule 2 to this order.
