I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Fair Trading (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2004 fix 1 August 2004 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence
