Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 , declare –
(a) those parts of the Bridport Main Road specified in Schedule 1 to this proclamation to be limited access roads; and (b) the places specified in Schedule 2 to this proclamation to be the places of access for the purposes of section 52B of that Act; and (c) that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 23 December 1998

Definition Length in kilometres Those parts of the Bridport Main Road: (a) from the eastern bank of Pipers River to a point 4.31 kilometres east of Dalrymple Road (approximately 0.40 kilometres west of Lefroy Road), as shown bounded by heavy black lines on Plan Nos. 4096, 4235 and 4298 in the Central Plan Register; 9.14 (b) from a point 0.53 kilometres east of Dalrymple Road to its junction with the East Tamar Highway, as shown bounded by heavy black lines on Plan Nos. 4299, 4300 and 4301 in the Central Plan Register. 7.55
