Local Government Order 2004
I make the following order under section 137(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Local Government Order 2004 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Transfer of land to Break O'Day Council The land situated at Gillies Road in St Marys in Tasmania comprised in Volume 206762, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 is to be transferred to the Break O'Day Council.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 6 October 2004
