Local Government (Burnie City Council) Amendment Order 2004
I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 12 of the Local Government Act 1993 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Local Government (Burnie City Council) Amendment Order 2004 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Order In this order, the Local Government (Burnie City Council) Order 2002 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Local Government (Burnie City Council) Order 2002 .
