Proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 21(1) of the Nature Conservation Act 2002 declare that –

(a) the area of Crown land specified in Part 1 of Schedule 1 to this proclamation, being an area of land within reserved land known as the Vale of Belvoir Conservation Area, ceases to be reserved land; and (b) the areas of Crown land specified in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to this proclamation, being areas of land within reserved land known as the Ansons Bay Conservation Area, cease to be reserved land; and (c) this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 13 December 2004

SCHEDULE 1 - Areas of land

PART 1 - Partial revocation of Vale of Belvoir Conservation Area

All that area of land comprising 21.04 hectares shown as Lot 1 and bounded by a heavy black line on Plan 6532 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to this proclamation.

PART 2 - Partial revocation of Ansons Bay Conservation Area

All those areas of land comprising – (a) about 815.5 square metres shown as Area 'A'; and (b) about 3 421 square metres shown as Area 'B'; and (c) about 2 849 square metres shown as Area 'C'; and (d) about 2 179 square metres shown as Area 'D'; and (e) about 287.7 square metres shown as Area 'E'; and (f) about 3 049 square metres shown as Area 'F'; and (g) about 1.166 hectares shown as Area 'G'; and (h) about 9 314 square metres shown as Area 'H'; and (i) about 159.9 square metres shown as Area 'J'; and (j) about 5 053 square metres shown as Area 'K' – and bounded by heavy black lines on Plan 6567 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Part 2 of Schedule 2 to this proclamation.
